Dr. Lulu Wang is a Visiting Professor at the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, USA, and a Full Professor at Reykjavík University, Iceland. She is an elected Fellow of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME Fellow), full member of Sigma Xi, and Professional member of the Royal Society of New Zealand (MRSNZ). She received the M.E. (Firstclass Hons.) and Ph.D. degrees from the Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand, in 2009and2013,respectively.She is a seasoned professional with experience in New Zealand, China, America, and Iceland. Her research interests include electromagnetic imaging, microwave imaging, biomedical devices, and artificial intelligence. She has an impressive publication record, with over 100 peer-reviewed papers, 3 authored books, and 6editorial books. Additionally, she holds 35 innovation patents.Her global recognition is highlighted by her inclusion in the Stanford/Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List from 2021 to 2024.Dr. Wang has delivered more than 40 invited talks at various conferences and workshops.Committed to academic excellence and pioneering advancements, Dr. Wang actively serves as an editor and reviewer for over 50 journals, books, and conferences. Mihaela Popescu was born in Craiova, Romania, in 1965. She received the Engineering degree and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Craiova, Romania, in 1988 and 2001, respectively. She also received a Certificate of Habilitation in Electrical Engineering in 2016. She is currently a Professor at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Craiova, Romania and Director of Doctoral School of Electrical and Energy Engineering. Her main field of interest includes power converters, adjustable-speed drives, active power filters, and power quality, with more than 250 journal and conference papers. She is a senior member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), a member of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, IEEE Industry Applications Society, a senior member of the Association of Computer Science and Information Technology and an academic member of the Electrical Engineering Research Unit in Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER).

Dr. Blaise Ravelo is currently full professor at NUIST, Nanjing, China. He is, nowadays, distinguished among top 2% world’s life scientists since 2020 by Stanford University and Elsevier with Google scholar h-index(2024)=31 and i10-index(2024)=113. He is a world pioneer on the negative group delay (NGD) research topic. He develops the NGD circuit theory for familiarizing the non-specialist engineers to this wonderful and fascinating topic. Despite its intriguing property enabling to propagate signals with time<0 through NGD circuit, he is leading research studies nowadays to make it as common research topic. According to the needs, Dr. Ravelo is leading research direction on the particular and industrial applications of NGD electronic function.With international partners, he is actively involved and contributes on several international research projects. Prof. Patrick SIARRY, Ph.D. Prof. Patrick Siarry was born on May 28, 1952, in Pertuis. His research area is relatively (since 1982) new “metaheuristic” optimization such as simulated annealing, which are indicated for the so-called problems of “hard optimization” because of their ability to avoid in principle, trapping in sub-optimal solutions. This topic is multidisciplinary in nature, both by the source of the methods studied (physics, biology, ethology). Much of his work is explicitly one or the other keywords – in particular, modeling, identification, learning rule bases (artificial intelligence), control, nondestructive testing and maintaining the biological and medical engineering.

Dr. Inga Abuladze is a seasoned academic professional currently serving as a Professor in the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems at Georgian Technical University. With a career spanning over three decades. Dr. Abuladze has held various roles in teaching, research, and administration. She holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences and has an extensive background in automated control systems, with particular expertise in software engineering. Prof. Jesuk Ko received his Ph.D. degree in Systems Engineering from Royal Melbourne University of Technology (RMIT) in Australia, and his M.Eng.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) in Korea, respectively. He is currently a Visiting Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at Universidad Mayor de San Andres (UMSA) in Bolivia. He was a Visiting Scholar in the Department of Engineering at the Australian National University (ANU) from 2008 to 2009. He served as a Full-time Lecturer, Graduate School of Engineering (GSE) at RMIT. He has been involved in Paper Review Committees as an Editorial Board Member of prestigious international journals such as AJHR, AJOMIS, AJOR, APMR, IJCT, IJHSE, IJPE, JHM and SCIREA Journal of Sociology. Adrian Ioinovici, IEEE Fellow,is the Director of the Power Electronics based on Switched Capacitors (PESC) Center,the Shanghai University of Electrical Power, China, within the “ one thousand foreign experts plan”, and holds honorary professorships from many universities. Previously, he served as a Professor and Director of the Power electronics for renewable energy Centre, Sun-Yat-sen University, Guangzhou under the “One thousand experts” program and as a Full Professor in the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.He got the IEEE Fellow grade for “pioneering work in switched-capacitor converters”. He authorized the books Computer-Aided Analysis of Active Circuits (New York: Marcel Dekker, 1990) and Power Electronics and Energy Conversion Systems, Volume 1: Fundamentals and Hard-switching Converters (Wiley, 2013), translated to Chinese in 2017, and the chapter Power Electronics in Encyclopedia of Physical Science and Technology (San Francisco, Academic, 2001). His main research interests are switching-capacitor converters and inverters, large dc gain converters, soft-switching converters.He published over 200 papers in IEEE Transactions and conferences. He has given keynote speeches or tutorials at many IEEE conferences. He has been for a number of terms the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Power Systems and Power Electronics of the IEEE CASSociety. He served as an Associate Editor for: IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems I, and of Journal of Circuits, Systems, and Computers (JCSC), and he was a Guest Editor of special issues of different IEEE Transactions.He was an Overseas Advisor of the IEICE Transactions, Japan.He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics , and as a Co-Editor-in-Chief of WSEAS Transactions on Advances in Engineering Education.

Dr. Gordon Huang is a distinguished Professor and an internationally recognized expert in the fields of energy and environmental informatics. He earned his Ph.D. from McMaster University, his M.Sc. from Simon Fraser University, and his B.Sc. from Peking University. He holds the prestigious title of Canada Research Chair Tier 1 in Energy and Environment and serves as the Executive Director of the Institute for Energy, Environment, and Sustainability Communities. Dr. Huang is also the President of the International Society for Environmental Information Sciences and a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering. In recognition of his significant contributions, he has been awarded an Honorary Doctor of Science by McMaster University. Professor Iickho Song is a distinguished scholar in the field of Electrical Engineering, specializing in communications and signal processing. He holds a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and has over three decades of academic and professional experience. Currently a professor at KAIST, he has also held visiting professorships internationally, including at universities in Canada, China, and Singapore.
